Sam Burlos

Sam Burlos joins Reliable Construction as a Project Manager with a strong foundation in construction, leadership, and hands-on field experience. A graduate of The Citadel with a degree in Marketing and Business Development, Sam gained extensive exposure to residential and commercial construction through internships with King & Society Construction and his ongoing work supporting project operations at Reliable. These roles strengthened his skills in project coordination, subcontractor communication, job-site workflow, and safety awareness—preparing him to step confidently into project management.

Known for his discipline, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to excellence, Sam brings years of leadership experience from The Citadel, where he served in multiple roles focused on teamwork, service, and personal development. He is dedicated to delivering seamless project execution, clear communication, and high-quality results. Sam is excited to contribute to Reliable Construction’s growth and to support exceptional builds throughout the Lowcountry.
